Natascha Knobloch
Psychologist (BSc London, MA Berlin)
As a psychologist I offer an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. My sessions provide a calm and non-judgmental space to slow down, feel heard, and explore what may be unfolding beneath the surface of your experience. Together we take the time to reflect on what may be happening beneath the surface and make sense of the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life.
I support adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, as well as other periods of change or uncertainty. I also work with women during the prenatal and postnatal period, supporting the transition into motherhood.

I work with clients online, worldwide in English.
Currently in Malaysia and accepting clients with availability aligned to the Asia-Pacific time zone.

Individual Therapy session
These 50 minute single sessions use an integrative perspective, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s individual needs. Therapy is always tailored to you, recognising that no two experiences, or paths forward, are the same.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be short-term or longer-term, depending on your goals, needs, and what feels right for you at this stage.
A 4-session therapy package designed to help you better understand your anxiety and learn practical tools to manage worry, overthinking, and nervous system overwhelm. Across the sessions, we explore the patterns behind your anxiety and develop strategies to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and back in control.
Anxiety Therapy Package
Birth Story Intergration Session
These sessions offers a supportive and contained environment where you can share your birth story, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gently reflect on what the experience meant for you. Many mothers realise they never truly had the opportunity to tell their birth story fully or without interruption. Yet having space to put an experience into words can be an important part of how we begin to process, intergrate and honour birth
ADHD Management package
A focused 4-session support package for adults experiencing ADHD traits. A formal diagnosis is not required. We will work together to explore how ADHD may be showing up in your daily life and develop practical, personalised strategies to manage symptoms, reduce overwhelm, and build supportive routines that work with your brain rather than against it.

My Approach
Therapy with me focuses on understanding the whole of your experience, rather than focusing on symptoms alone. Attention is given to the emotional, psychological, physical, and relational aspects of your life — and how these parts connect and influence one another.
I draw from a range of therapeutic traditions, including mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive perspectives. This allows the work to remain flexible and responsive, guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment.
At the heart of my approach is a non-judgmental, compassionate stance and a belief that each person carries an innate sense of direction. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with that inner knowing, with gentle support along the way.
