I am a psychologist committed to a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. I draw on my own life experiences and interests in order to provide a safe space in which you can be your authentic self and work through the problems of life. Some of the issues I work with are Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, ADHD, Burnout, Migration and if you are feeling lost or wanting to simply get to know yourself better. This 15 minute consultation gives you the chance to share a bit of your story and how I can help you. We will get to know each other and figure out if we are a good therapeutic fit. You can ask me questions and share your concerns, goals, expectations etc. Trust is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship and it is very important that you feel safe and comfortable in speaking with me. If you are shy or simply unsure, I offer the option of turning off your camera in order to build trust

Therapy
Having an integrative approach, I combine different therapeutic modalities in order to cater to each individuals needs. Each session is 50 minutes and can be both long term or short term, depending on your requirements
Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Management
This session is specifically for those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). You do not need an official diagnosis. Psycheducation, tools, skills and different techniques will be provided in order to manage the symptoms, help you gain more control of your life and to recognise one's own strengths
My Approach

I have an eclectic approach, drawing from many corners of psychology, but mainly a holistic one. This means that I integrate all parts of the person which includes the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects.
In my practice I combine aspects of Mindfulness-based therapies (eg. Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT)), Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) therapies, depending on each individuals distinct needs and goals.
I am non-judgemental in my approach and believe that everyone intrinsically knows what they need to do or where they want to go in life, sometimes we just need an open ear and some support.

Next, pick a session, date and time and follow the instructions. When this is done, you will get a confirmation e-mail with the details of your session and a zoom link.
