Service Description

~€340 · $360 USD · SGD $470 · AUD $540 This four-session support package is designed for adults who experience ADHD traits or related challenges. A formal diagnosis is not required. Rather than viewing ADHD as something “wrong,” we approach it as a different way of processing the world — one that can bring both difficulties and strengths. Across the four sessions, we explore how ADHD may be showing up in your thoughts, emotions, and daily life. This often includes looking at patterns of overwhelm, procrastination, self-criticism, and the pressure many people feel when trying to keep up with expectations that were never designed for their nervous system. The work focuses on developing a clearer understanding of your individual patterns while introducing practical, supportive strategies for managing focus, organisation, and emotional regulation. We also gently address the shame or frustration that can build over time when things have felt harder than they “should.” This package offers a structured space to build awareness, reduce self-blame, and begin creating systems and routines that work with your brain rather than against it. The aim is not to force change, but to support a more compassionate, realistic, and sustainable way of navigating daily life. This package includes : • Four 50-minute individual sessions • A structured space to explore how ADHD traits may be affecting your daily life • Psychoeducation to help you understand attention, motivation, and executive functioning • Practical strategies for managing focus, overwhelm, and task initiation • Support in developing routines and systems that work with your brain • A compassionate, non-judgemental space to reflect on patterns of self-criticism or shame that may have developed over time This package may be helpful if you: • Often feel overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities • Struggle with focus, organisation, or completing tasks • Experience cycles of procrastination, pressure, and burnout • Feel frustrated with yourself for finding things harder than others seem to • Have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and want support adjusting • Suspect you may have ADHD and would like to better understand your patterns A formal diagnosis is not required. The focus is on understanding your experience and developing supportive ways of navigating daily life.
